EVCF Board Members

EVCF Board Members Bob Kincaide and Melodee Cannon promote the Eastview Community Foundation

Peter Coyle is Chair of the Eastview Community Foundation Board. Peter and his wife, Sandy, have two sons and a daughter. Peter is an attorney in private practice. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Bridging, a no-profit furniture bank serving families in transition. He has coached sports within the EVAA system. Contact: peter.coyle@evcf.org

Molly Wellik is Vice Chair of the Eastview Community Foundation Board. Molly is married to Patrick Wellik. Pat is an Optometrist and partner in Apple Valley Eye Care. Molly currently stays home with her three busy kids: Aaron (6th Grade at Falcon Ridge), Whitney (5th Grade at Highland) and Reece (4th Grade at Highland.) She is also a part-time jewelry and gift item designer. In her free time she likes to volunteer, snow ski, travel and hike. Contact: molly.wellik@evcf.org

Dottie Cannon is the Board Secretary. A 2001 graduate of Eastview High School, she graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2005 with a degree in Marketing. Currently, she works at Target Corporation as an Internal Communications Associate Specialist. Contact: dottie.cannon@evcf.org

Melodee Cannon is an EVCF Board Member. She has always enjoyed traveling and the travel industry, where she has worked for over 25 years. She has been married to Harry Cannon, of Cannon Gem Appraisal Co., for 26 years. Melodee enjoys spending time with her two grown children, Dottie and Sam, both graduates of Eastview High School. Jodi Hanson is an EVCF Board Member. She is a member of Eastview High School's administrative team, and her husband Eric Vande Berg is a Social Studies teacher and Varsity Football coach. She stays busy with her three small children. She is a graduate of Rosemount HIgh School and Mankato State University and is currently working on a Specialist Degree in Educational Administration. Micki Mathiesen is an EVCF Board Member. She is a full-time mother of two daughters, Brianne and Britney and is married to Jeff. Micki also works part-time as an accounting consultant. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, scrapbooking, boating, and traveling. Contact: micki.mathiesen@evcf.org

Sandy Sauve is an EVCF Board Member and is past Chair of the Eastview Community Foundation Board. Married to Greg for 23 years, she has two daughters, Chelsea-18 and Kayla-15. Sandy is the owner of Sauve Meeting and Event Planning, Inc. Contact: sandy.sauve@evcf.org

Susan Spaniol is an EVCF Board Member. She has been married to Bill for 18 years. Susan has three children, Corey, Michael and Kelsey. She worked as a Critical Care Nurse for 25 y ears and retired in 2004 to take care of her parents and the family business. She loves watching her children play sports, boating, and taking walks.
