Requesting Recommendations from Staff Members

You may use a letter previously written by a teacher for admittance to a college or other post secondary school for your teacher recommendation. If you do not have a letter, you can visit Family Connection's Document Library (the EV Senior Scholarship Programs folder) for an example of a Teacher-Advisor Recommendation Form.
