Peter Coyle is the current chair of Eastview Community Foundation.  A long-time volunteer in the Eastview Community, along with his wife, he views the Foundation’s role as vital to support the Eastview area schools, teachers and students.  Peter is an attorney in private practice.  Each of his 3 children graduated from Eastview.  “We are very proud of our children and feel that they received an excellent education, along with good life-training, through their attendance at Eastview area schools”, according to Peter.

Molly Wellik is vice chair of the Eastview Community Foundation Board. Molly is married to Patrick Wellik. Pat is an optometrist and partner in Apple Valley Eye Care. Molly manages her three busy kids: Aaron (freshman at Eastview), Whitney (8th grade at Falcon Ridge) and Reece (7th grade at Falcon Ridge).  She is also a jewelry and gift designer. Gina Matschi is the Board Treasurer. Gina has been married to Brian for 19 years. They have one daughter, Megan, who attends Eastview High School. Gina works for a construction company as a project accountant. She enjoys reading, biking, hiking, traveling, and any reason to be outside to enjoy our summers. Contact: gina.matschi@evcf.org

 Gail Dougherty has served as an EVCF Board Member since 1999, Founding Member, served as Vice Chair 1999 through 2008. Gail returned to serve on the Board in 2010 as Marketing Chair. Micki Mathiesen is an EVCF Board Member and Scholarship Chair. She is a full-time mother of two daughters, Brianne and Britney and has been married to Jeff for 23 years. Micki also works part-time as an accounting consultant. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, scrapbooking, boating, and traveling. She is a member of Eastview High School's administrative team, and her husband Eric Vande Berg is a Social Studies teacher and Varsity Football coach. She stays busy with her three small children. Randy Bailey is an EVCF Board Member. He is currently on leave from the EVHS faculty, where he taught mathematics & AP Statistics and was an original core group staff member. He has BS and M.Ed. degrees from Minnesota. His lovely bride Ann is a Target IT manager who serves on the DARTS board of directors. Randy enjoys private piloting, wrenching on mechanical things, and helping Ann cook up tasty dinners.

Susan Spaniol joined the EVCF Board in 2005.  She is currently the Grants Chair and Co Chair of Art Madness.  She has been married to Bill for 22 years and they have three children, Corey, Michael and Kelsey, and one Granddaughter, Annabelle.  Susan is a retired Critical Care nurse.  She currently enjoys volunteering at EVHS, where her daughter Kelsey is going to be a Junior.  Contact: susan.spaniol@evcf.org         

Kathleen Cates VanMeter is an EVCF Board Member. She has been married to Charlie VanMeter for 15 years and has two daughters, Caitlin and Carolyn. Kathleen is starting her 26th year as an elementary teacher in ISD 196. In her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, and the theater. Contact: kathleen.catesvanmeter@evcf.org

Katie Wilharm is an EVCF Board Member. She is a 2005 graduate of Eastview High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a major in Communications and a minor in Leadership. Katie works at Mall of America as the Business Development Coordinator. In her spare time she enjoys going to movies, walking around the lake, and traveling!

 Pamela is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a former German teacher. For the past 12 years she has worked in health care as a manager of the Volunteer Services department and Community Health Outreach. She and her husband, Gary, married in 1995 and they are the proud parents of Alex, a 10th grader at Eastview High School. Pamela enjoys serving on the evcf board, the scholarship committee and Art Madness. In her spare time she also enjoys; scrapbooking, reading, music, knitting, camping and other family activities.
