Valley Natural Foods and its customers generated over $4000 in RAK funding through their round up donations in August! 

This is the fourth year in a row Valley Natural Foods has chosen the Eastview Community Foundation as a recipient of their Register Round Up program.  To date, this program has generated over $12,000 in RAK funding for Eastview area students and schools.

All proceeds from this effort was directed to the EVCF Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) grant program.

 These grants are given to K-12 schools in the Eastview attendance area in an effort to help the students who need it most by providing meals, winter clothing and other items or experiences that help students with limited financial means to feel a part of their school communities.

Valley Natural Foods’ mission is for a healthy community and they believe in supporting initiatives that help educate and provide for its well being.  As part of their mission they partner every month with their customers to support a local non-profit through their Register Round Up program.
